Website projects
What's included in the $599 website?
Two $599 plans are available. Website Starter is a professional single-page site with a responsive mobile layout, professional copy and imagery, SEO basics, and one revision round — delivered in 1–2 weeks. Website Pro is a multi-page B2B site with up to 5 custom-designed pages, professional copywriting for every page, an SEO-optimized structure, Core Web Vitals optimization, and content-management-ready setup — delivered in 2–3 weeks. Both are fixed-fee: no hourly billing, no surprise line items.
How long does a website take?
Website Starter is delivered in 1–2 weeks and Website Pro in 2–3 weeks. Per our terms, projects are typically delivered within 1–4 weeks from the date we receive all required materials (brand assets, content, approvals). If materials are delayed on your side, the timeline moves with them — we'll always tell you exactly where things stand.
Do you write the website copy?
Yes. Professional copywriting is included on every page of Website Pro, and Website Starter includes professional copy and imagery. You provide the details about your business; we turn them into clean, conversion-focused pages. You don't need any technical knowledge or writing time.
Can I make changes after delivery?
Every plan includes its revision round (one round on Website Starter, and Website Pro includes the standard revision process). After launch, the options stay open: the content retainer ($299/mo) keeps your site fresh with professional blog posts and case studies, and the chat assistant ($199 setup + $49/mo) keeps your visitors answered. If you need something specific, just ask — we quote plain, fixed prices.
Who owns the website and domain? What happens after launch?
You do. Per our terms, upon full payment clients own the final delivered website design and the content produced specifically for them. We deploy your site and connect it to your domain, and we'll help you set up a domain and hosting in your name. After launch, your site is live with SEO structure in place; you can add or adjust services (content, chat, bookkeeping) at any time — all of them are month-to-month or fixed-fee, never a long-term lock-in.
Content retainers
What's included in the $299/mo content retainer?
Every month you get 4 professionally drafted blog posts, 2 professionally drafted case studies, and 8 social media posts — plus keyword research and content strategy, human editing for quality, and a monthly performance report. It's a full content operation for less than the cost of one remote freelancer, and it's delivered by our team, on a calendar.
Can I pause or cancel the content retainer?
Yes. Content retainers are month-to-month — there is no long-term contract and you're never locked in. If you cancel mid-month, you receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of that month; refunds aren't available for content already delivered and published. The same month-to-month flexibility applies to the chat assistant monthly plan and Starter Bookkeeping.
Bundles & pricing transparency
What is the Website + Content bundle ($899)?
It's a 5-page professional website plus 3 months of the content retainer, with SEO optimization included, priority onboarding, and a dedicated project manager. Compared with buying the website and 3 months of content separately, the bundle saves about $600 — the website and your first quarter of content in one fixed price.
What is the Business Startup Bundle ($1,299)?
It's the all-in-one launch package: complete business formation (LLC + EIN + business credit foundation + compliance), a 5-page professional B2B website, and 3 months of content (12 blog posts and 6 case studies), with priority onboarding and dedicated support — everything you need to launch in one place. One important transparency note: state filing fees are pass-through and not included in the $1,299, so the exact total depends on your state's fees.
Do you charge hourly?
No. Every service has a fixed, published price — you see the price before any work starts, and the invoice matches it. No hourly billing, no surprise line items. If we ever need to quote something custom, we quote it plainly up front.
Business formation
How long does LLC formation + EIN take?
Our team prepares and files your formation documents and registers your EIN with the IRS once we have your business details and approvals. State processing times vary by state, so timelines are estimates — not guarantees — and your point of contact keeps you updated at each step. What you do yourself is simple: provide your business details (name, owners, address), review your documents, and approve before we file.
What do I have to do myself during formation?
Very little. You provide the details about your business and your owners, review the documents we prepare, and approve before filing. Our team handles the paperwork and filings — and formation and EIN delivery are owned by the founder, so your launch is handled by the person who runs the business.
Accounting & bookkeeping
What's the difference between the accounting tiers?
Starter Bookkeeping ($299/mo) covers the day-to-day: transaction categorization, bank reconciliation, and a monthly profit & loss statement. Growth Accounting ($599/mo) includes everything in Starter plus a balance sheet, a cash-flow view, and a monthly close with a team check-in. Catch-up Cleanup ($499 one-time) is for messy or overdue books: up to 6 months cleaned up, categorized, and reconciled, with a profit & loss delivered — a clean starting point. These are bookkeeping and accounting services; we don't claim to be a CPA firm or provide tax preparation.
Business plans
What's included in the $499 business plan? Are the projections guarantees?
You get an investor-ready plan with an executive summary, market analysis and competitive landscape, marketing and sales strategy, operations and management team sections, and 3-year financial projections. The projections are estimates — they're a planning tool based on assumptions we build together, never a guarantee of future results.
Grant writing
How does grant writing work, and what does $749 cover?
The $749 is a flat fee per grant application. Before we begin, we run an eligibility check so you're not spending money on a grant you can't win. Then we write the narrative, build the budget and budget narrative, and give you an attachments checklist. It's a flat fee — never a percentage of awarded funds — and we never guarantee an award, because the outcome depends on the funder's review, not on us.
Chat assistant
What does the chat assistant cost and what does it do?
The setup is a one-time $199: we install a live chat widget on your site that matches your brand (colors, name, greeting), with smart instant answers to common questions and an admin reply panel for your team — typically ready in about a week. The $49/mo plan covers the operations: our team monitors and replies to your chats, keeps your auto-answers current as your business changes, includes widget hosting and maintenance, and sends a monthly summary of the questions you receive. It's month-to-month — cancel anytime.
General
Are you nationwide?
Yes. All of our work — websites, content, formation, bookkeeping, business plans, and grant writing — is delivered remotely, nationwide. You can reach us at (609) 547-9169 or Cheria@cbreezepros.shop, or start through the intake form on this site.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Website projects are fixed-fee, one-time projects. Content retainers, the chat assistant monthly plan, and Starter Bookkeeping are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. There's no lock-in and no cancellation fee — check our refund policy for the exact terms.
What if I need something that isn't listed?
Ask us. We regularly quote custom scope — extra pages, additional content volume, one-off projects — and we always quote it as a fixed price before any work begins. If we can't deliver something end-to-end, we'll tell you honestly rather than take the payment.
Trust & transparency
Is C Breeze Professionals a real business?
Yes. C Breeze Professionals is a dba of C Breeze Enterprises LLC, a registered U.S. business, and it's founder-led with a real delivery team — formation is handled by the founder, websites by our developer, and content by our team. You can reach us at (609) 547-9169 or Cheria@cbreezepros.shop. We work remotely, nationwide, and everything on this site — the prices, the services, the policies — is real and verifiable.
Who do I pay, and what happens after I pay?
You pay C Breeze Professionals (C Breeze Enterprises LLC) through secure Stripe checkout on this site — you never send payment anywhere else. After payment you receive a written onboarding email telling you what we need from you, a real timeline for the work, and the review points where you approve progress. The exact refund terms are in our refund policy.
What if I need a refund?
For website projects: if we fail to deliver the agreed scope within 30 days of receiving all required materials, you're eligible for a full refund; once the website is delivered and approved, no refunds are available. Content retainers are month-to-month — cancel anytime and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of that month; no refunds are available for content already delivered and published. Bundled packages follow the same rules for each portion and can't be unbundled for a partial refund. The full policy, including how to request a refund, is on our refund policy page.
Why don't you show client reviews?
Honest answer: we're a young business and we don't fabricate testimonials — real reviews from real clients are added to our case studies page as they are earned. What you can verify today is our own work: this website, 31 published blog posts, and our About and FAQ pages are all real, and we stand behind everything on them.
